VIDRERES CITY COUNCIL FIRST.- PURPOSE of these bases is to establish the criteria for the granting of financial aid to those people who own their habitual residence who are unemployed, single-parent families or pensioners, and are registered in this municipality, provided that they have an income lower than the limits determined in the second base of the bases of the call. SECOND.- REQUIREMENTS THAT BENEFICIARIES MUST MEET Natural persons who meet the conditions set out in the second base of the subsidy regulatory bases may apply for financial aid. THIRD.- ACCREDITATION AND DOCUMENTATION People who want to benefit from the aid regulated in these Rules will have to present, together with the application according to the standardized model, the documentation corresponding to the requirements provided for in the rules and/or the corresponding authorization to the Vidreres City Council to make inquiries to the different administrations. FOURTH.- SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS, DEADLINE AND PLACE The deadline for the submission of applications will begin on the day of publication of the announcement of the call in the BOP of Girona and will end on October 31, 2023. Applications may be made electronically at the electronic headquarters of the Vidreres City Council or in person at the City Council offices. FIFTH.- AMOUNT OF AID The amount of aid may not exceed 0.39% of the cadastral value of the habitual residence as of January 1, 2022. The percentage granted will be established based on the existing budget allocation, at the time of granting, and will be the same for all applicants who meet the requirements indicated in the second and third bases.
