Subsidies for the granting of aid to rehabilitate the facades of the old town of Celrà

Official description of the call

1.Object The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies by the Celrà City Council for the rehabilitation of façades of the buildings in the old town of Celrà. The aid granted will be used to reduce the amount of rehabilitation works carried out by the owners or promoters. This call is governed by the bases approved by the Plenary Session of the Celrà City Council in the session dated March 10, 2020 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona number 138, of July 20, 2020. 2. Financial allocation and budget application The maximum expenditure foreseen in this call for the granting of this aid is 9,000.00 euros. The budget credit is provided by budget application 21.1522.78000 "building rehabilitation subsidies." The competent body will grant the subsidy based on the order of submission of applications in the municipal entry registry and until the credit allocated for this aid is exhausted. 3. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting the application will be from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona and will end on November 30, 2023. Applications must be submitted duly completed, electronically, through the 'generic instance' procedure or in person, at the General Registry of the City Council of Celrà, during public service hours: o Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. or Tuesday and Wednesday from 4:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. 4. Resolution and notification period 4.1. Resolution deadline: the deadline to resolve the call is the one determined by the rules. Once the deadline has passed without a resolution having been adopted, applicants may consider their applications rejected due to administrative silence. 4.2. Notification and communication: the promoters or owners requesting the subsidy will be notified of the resolution. 5. Resource regime The resolution of the call puts an end to the administrative route. A contentious-administrative appeal must be filed against it before the Administrative Litigation Court of Girona within a period of two months from the day following its notification. Alternatively, and optionally, an appeal for reconsideration can be filed with the Mayor of Celrà City Council within a period of one month from the day following its publication. 6. Advertising This call will be published in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS), which is articulated as the National Subsidies Advertising System (SNPS), and an extract thereof in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona, on the notice board and on the e-board of the Corporation.
