Official description of the call
ANNOUNCEMENT Extract from the agreement adopted by the Local Government Board of the Pinto City Council dated November 9, 2023, which calls for subsidies to sports entities for the 2023-2024 sports season and sports successes for the 2022-2023 season. In accordance with the provisions of article 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (htpp://pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): BDNS(Identif.): xxxxxxxx First.- Beneficiaries.- Non-profit citizen entities domiciled in Pinto and registered in the Registry of Associations of the Pinto City Council sports season 2023-2024 and local athletes of an individual nature and sporting success in competitions of the federative calendar of individual athletes of the year 2022-2023 for absolute categories, lower categories up to Sub-23 and age group categories. Second.- Object.- The granting of subsidies to entities of public utility or social interest or the promotion of a public purpose by non-profit sports entities and an aid plan for the sporting success of local athletes complementary to the sports itinerary developed for the promotion of sport and sports practice in the municipality. Third.- Regulatory bases.- This call is regulated by the regulatory bases approved by the Local Government Board held in a session held on November 9, 2023. Fourth.- Amount.- The procedure is called under a competitive competition regime charged to the credit available to budget item I01.342.48904 of the extended budget of the Pinto City Council for the year 2023, for a maximum amount of €150,000 allocated to sports programs and activities, of which are allocated: €130,000 for 2023-2024 sports season projects for sports clubs and associations in Pinto and €20,000 for the section on individual sports successes for local athletes for the 2022-2023 season. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications.- Subsidy applications and required documentation for sports programs and activities for the 2023-2024 sports season of the 2022-2023 Sports Clubs and Associations and Sports Successes that deem appropriate, will be submitted in duplicate and will be addressed to the Department of Sports and Physical Activities, with the submission deadline being within ten business days following publication in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID, sent by the BDNS and also published on the bulletin board and website of the Pinto City Council.
