Official description of the call
First. Object. The acquisition of bicycles with a pedal assistance system, electric mopeds <(>,<)> and electric motorcycles, intended for personal mobility in the city of Madrid. Second. Beneficiaries. Natural persons, of legal age, residing in the municipality of Madrid at the time of publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Madrid City Council, meet the requirements and obligations established in section 5 of the call. Third. Regulatory bases. Ordinance of General Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies by the Madrid City Council and its Public Bodies, of October 30, 2013 (OBRGS). Room. Granting procedure. Simplified competitive competition procedure provided for in article 26.5 a) of the OBRGS and article 55 of the RGS. The aid object of this call will be granted to applications that meet each and every one of the established requirements, and in order of presentation, until the available budget is exhausted, or until the deadline for submitting applications ends. Fifth. Amount. The credit allocated to this call amounts to ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (€100,000), expandable by an amount of up to TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (€200,000). The amount of aid that will be granted will be the following: a) Bicycles with pedal assistance systems and a power less than or equal to 250 W: up to 50% of the purchase price, excluding taxes and the cost of accessories, with a maximum of 400 euros. b) Two-wheeled mopeds type L1e-B: up to 50% of the purchase price, excluding taxes and the cost of accessories, with a maximum of 600 euros. c) Motorcycles type L3e, L4e and L5e: up to 50% of the purchase price, excluding taxes and the cost of accessories, with a maximum of 1,000 euros. These amounts will be increased by €200, in the case of the vehicles specified in sections b) and c) if the ultimate recipient of the aid accredits the final voluntary deregistration for destruction of a vehicle with environmental classification "A" (without environmental label) or "B" and has the Technical Vehicle Inspection (ITV) in force on the date of publication of this call in the BOAM, as specified in section 6.7 of the call. Sixth. Submission of applications. Applications can be submitted from April 15 to September 15, 2026, both inclusive. Aid applications will be processed through the computer application available for this purpose https://madrid.es/cambia360 and may be submitted directly by the subsidy applicant, or by the dealer/point of sale participating in the Cambia 360 program in which the vehicle is purchased. Each applicant may request the corresponding aid for the acquisition of a single vehicle. Seventh. Justification and payment. The payment of the aid will be conditional on the presentation with the application<(>,<)> of the supporting documentation indicated in section 10 of the call. Once the granting resolution is published, the subsidy will be paid. Eighth. Accumulation and compatibility of aid. They will be compatible with any other public aid. In the case of accumulation of aid for the purchase of the same vehicle, the maximum amount of all aid together must be less than 75% of the eligible costs. Ninth. Collaborating entity. The management of this line of aid will be carried out by the collaborating entity “Association of Metal Trade and Industry Companies of Madrid” (AECIM).
