SUBSIDY FOR EXECUTION OF IMPROVEMENT OR REHABILITATION WORKS OF BUILDINGS FOR PREDOMINANT RESIDENTIAL USE FOR HOUSING IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ARANJUEZ (NG-MRR)

Official description of the call

First Ultimate recipients of the aid The ultimate recipients of the aid may be: The owners or usufructuaries of single-family homes isolated or grouped in a row and of existing buildings of a residential type of collective housing, as well as their homes, whether they are natural persons or have legal personality of a private or public nature. Public administrations and organizations and other public law entities, as well as public companies and commercial companies wholly or majority owned by the public administrations that own the properties. The communities of owners, or the groups of communities of owners constituted in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Law 49/1960, of July 21, on Horizontal Property, or equivalent in applicable regional regulations. The owners who, as a group, are owners of buildings that meet the requirements established by article 396 of the Civil Code and have not granted the title constituting horizontal property. Cooperative societies made up of groups of owners of homes or buildings that meet the requirements established in article 396 of the Civil Code, as well as by owners who form communities of owners or groups of communities of owners constituted in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Law 49/1960, of July 21, on Horizontal Property, and by cooperatives under a regime of transfer of use of their homes. The tenant or concessionaire companies of the buildings, as well as cooperatives that accredit said condition, through a current contract, which grants them the express power to undertake the rehabilitation works that are the object of the program. The purpose of this Call is to approve the call for subsidies for the execution of works to improve or rehabilitate buildings of predominantly residential use for housing provided for within the aid program for actions at the neighborhood level of Royal Decree 853/2021, of October 5, which will be considered the regulatory bases for these subsidies, and within the framework of C02.I01 of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan financed by the European Union, Next-Generation-EU, in the ERRPs of "Casco Antiguo. Phase I" and "Barraca de Federico García Lorca and Glorieta del Clavel. Phase I", in the municipality of Aranjuez, which will be processed through a non-competitive competition procedure, as regulated in article 62.1 of Royal Decree-Law 36/2020, of December 30, which approves urgent measures for the modernization of Public Administration and for the execution of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. The Program to support rehabilitation actions at the neighborhood level aims to finance the joint execution of rehabilitation works in buildings with predominantly residential use and homes, including single-family homes, and the urbanization or redevelopment of public spaces within areas of action called Programmed Rehabilitation Residential Environments (ERRP) previously delimited in municipalities of any population size. Third Regulatory bases Royal Decree 853/2021, of October 5, which regulates the aid programs regarding residential rehabilitation and social housing of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan. Fourth Amount The maximum initial budget allocation destined to finance this call amounts to €5,971,754.39 and will be contracted from the credits of subconcept 78405, program 261A of the Expenditure Budget for the General Directorate of Housing and Rehabilitation, with the following distribution by ERRP: - Old Town. Phase I: 4,826,514, €52. - Barraca de Federico García Lorca and Glorieta Clavel. Phase I: 1,145,239. €87. The maximum amount of aid will be determined based on the total cost of the actions to be carried out, according to the criteria for setting amounts established in the following points.
