Gender: Null Purpose: Culture First.- The purpose of this aid is to promote the carrying out of cultural, sports and other activities of general interest or of an educational or social nature, understanding that they promote good coexistence, healthy living habits, training, respect, equality, and solidarity. Second.- Granting procedure This program is governed by the non-competitive competition procedure through distribution of the total amount of the subsidy, among the entities that participate. are beneficiaries of the aid, in the amount resulting from the application of article 5 of the Ordinance, under the provisions of article 22 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and articles 65 et seq. of the Regulation that develops the aforementioned Law, approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. Third.- Authorization of expenditure. Municipal budget for the year 2024, there is a budget provision available in item 3340.489.00 “SUBSIDIES FOR CULTURAL, SPORTS AND OTHER ENTITIES”, to cover this expense, increasing the maximum amount to €56,500. Fourth.- Beneficiaries of the financial contributions will be the entities whose aid applications are approved. Requirements. According to article 6 of the Ordinance. Sixth.- Amount to be granted by entity will be determined by application of the Ordinance, by proposal of the competent Department depending on the matter, approved by Resolution of the Mayor's Office. Seventh.- Applications will be submitted in person or electronically at the electronic headquarters of the Tavernes Blanques City Council, in the standard application form for the granting of subsidies. of the City Council. Eighth.- Presentation period From January 1, 2024 until 1 calendar month after the publication of the call in the BOP, through the BDNS. Ninth.- Evaluation criteria According to article 5 of the Regulatory Ordinance. Eleventh.- Deadline. of resolution and notification. Maximum resolution period: 6 months.
