TWO SCHOLARSHIPS FOR VARIOUS WORK IN THE MUNICIPAL HOUSE OF CULTURE AND MUNICIPAL ARCHAEOLOGICAL MUSEUM. 2024

Official description of the call

In accordance with the report-proposal of the Director of the Municipal House of Culture dated January 31, 2024, resulting in that the General Bases for the granting of these scholarships were published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia, number 124, of June 1, 2021. And in accordance with the opinion of the Information Commission of Culture, Celebrations and Tourism. The Local Government Board unanimously adopts the following agreement. Approve the call for the granting of 2 scholarships, one for internships at the Municipal House of Culture and another for internships at the “Cayetano de Mergelina” Municipal Archaeological Museum, in accordance with the current Regulatory Bases, approved by the Plenary City Council in a session on April 5, 2021. The call corresponding to Fiscal Year 2024 will comply with the following conditions: - Budget item: 2024-33404-48100 - Total amount to be subsidized: Maximum of €12,000, €6,000 each scholarship: (R.C.703/24) - Requirements of the beneficiaries: Those who are in possession of the title Bachelors or graduates in History, Art History, Humanities, Documentation, Diplomas in Library Science and Documentation, Diplomas in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Assets, Graduates in Fine Arts with curricular development in Conservation and Restoration or a Bachelor's degree in Conservation and postgraduate university students: Master and/or Doctorate. - Place where the Rules of the call can be obtained: Municipal House of Culture, General Secretariat of the Hon. Yecla City Council and City Council website: www.yecla.es. - Regulatory bases of the call: Published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia No. 124, of June 1, 2021 - Place of submission of applications: General Registry of the Hon. Yecla Town Hall, located in Plaza Mayor, s/n, Ground floor, in the electronic registry of the Electronic Headquarters of the Excmo. Yecla City Council (yecla.sedipualba.es) or in any of the ways provided for in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. - Application submission deadline: 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of the call announcement in the B.O.R.M. - Specific requirements for the documentation to be submitted by applicants: Those established in the Regulatory Bases and in the Call - Award criteria: The maximum score that can be awarded for the assessment will be 100 points and will be given by the score obtained with the sum of points in each of the sections to be assessed: a) Academic Merits. Maximum of 80 points. In the event that the applicant provides documentation proving possession of two or more of the qualifications that qualify for obtaining the scholarship that is the subject of the call, these will be evaluated independently and their scores added together will give the corresponding average score. From the weighted average based on 4, (the scores will be: Passed 1 point, Notable 2 points; outstanding 3 points or Honors 4 points) the proportionality of points will be awarded over the total points established in this section. b) Training merits. Maximum 20 points For attendance at courses, conferences, seminars, conferences or training practices related to the purpose of the call and that are accredited. - Less than 10 hours 0.05 points - From 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. 0.10 points. - From 9 p.m. to 30 p.m. 0.15 points. - From 31 to 40 hours. 0.20 points. - From 42 to 50 hours 0.25 points - From more than 50 hours 0.30 points. For each training scholarship or internship related to the purpose of the call: - For each month or 100 hours 0.50 points c) Others. In the event of a tie in the scores obtained by the applicants, this will be resolved through a personal interview with the person responsible for the project, Director of the Municipal House of Culture and Municipal Archaeologist who will discuss topics related to the purpose of the call and will grant a maximum score of three points.
