Official description of the call
BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and in this BOJA. First. Call. The subsidies regulated in the Order of the Ministry of Employment, Training and Self-Employment, of November 23, 2021, are called for the financial year 2024, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, for innovative research projects in the field of occupational risk prevention. Second. Object. The purpose of this call for grants, as established in the regulatory bases, is to promote innovative research projects that improve levels of knowledge in the prevention of occupational risks, and encourage the transfer of research results to the daily practice of prevention of occupational risks. In accordance with the provisions of section 2.a) of the summary table, research projects that deal with aspects related to psychosocial risks, especially derived from emerging risks, risks related to work at height, risks related to occupational diseases, especially silicosis, and occupational road safety, are considered a priority in this call, without this implying the exclusion of other subjects and always introducing the gender perspective and, to the extent possible, the study of vulnerable groups. Third. Legal regime. The application, granting and application of these subsidies will be governed, in addition to this call, by the provisions of the following provisions: a) Order of the Ministry of Employment, Training and Self-Employment, of November 23, 2021, (BOJA no. 229, of November 29, 2021 and correction of errors in BOJA no. 242, of December 20, 2021). b) Order of the Ministry of the Presidency, Public Administration and Interior, of December 20, 2019, approving the standard regulatory bases and standard forms of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime (BOJA no. 249, of December 30, 2019). c) Specifically, these subsidies will be governed by the rules referred to in section 3 of the summary table that relate to: - REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of April 27, 2016 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Regulation General Data Protection). - Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights. Room. Entities that can apply for subsidies, requirements they must meet, maintenance period and exceptions. 1. Pursuant to the provisions of section 4.a).1 of the summary table of the Order of November 23, 2021, the following may apply for the subsidies subject to this call: Universities, chairs in occupational risk prevention, academic entities, associations and non-profit entities that carry out research, development and innovation projects in the field of occupational risk prevention. 2. The requirements that the requesting entities must meet, the period during which they must maintain compliance, and other circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary entity are included in sections 4.a).2º, and letters b), c), d), and e) of section 4 of the summary table. Fifth. Budget credits. The subsidies in this call will be granted from the budget credits of budget positions G/31O/44101/00 and G/31O/48300/00, of the 31O Occupational Risk Prevention and Occupational Health program.
