Second: Object. The purpose of the aforementioned Call is to regulate subsidies from the Employment and Business Area, within the framework of the Budget for the year 2024, intended for Technology Centers for actions that contribute to strengthening the reference sectors in the province of Jaén, promoting innovation, digitalization, the opening of new markets or collaboration between centers technological and business fabric, especially the self-employed and SMEs Third: Regulatory bases. Bases for Execution of the General Budget of the Provincial Council for 2024 (B.O.P. number 220 of 12/29/2023) Fourth: Amount. Total amount of the call: 150,000 euros. The amount of the subsidies will consist of a percentage of 75% of the final cost of the eligible expenses, for which purpose the budget of the activity presented by the applicant, or its subsequent modifications, will be taken into account as a reference for its determination. A maximum subsidy limit per applicant of thirty thousand euros (€30,000) is established. Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications. The deadline for submitting the subsidy applications contained in this call will be 30 business days from the day following the date of publication of the extract thereof, sent by the National Subsidies Database, in the Official Gazette of the Province, without prejudice to its insertion on the Provincial Council's website. The maximum limit attributable to personnel expenses is established at 70% of the total amount of aid requested or granted, where applicable. Compatibility: Yes, up to 100% of the total final cost of the activity. Documentation: That provided for in article 10 of the call. Assessment criteria: They are contained in article 15 of the call. Method of payment: The subsidy will be made effective in a single payment, after justification by the beneficiary of the implementation of the project for which the subsidy was granted, in the terms provided for in this Call and in article 35.28 of the Bases for Execution of the Budget of the Provincial Council for the year 2024. Form of justification: It will have to be carried out in accordance with the provisions of article 24 of the call. Maximum period for justification: The period for submitting the supporting documentation will be 3 months from the day following the end of the execution period indicated in article 5 of the Call.
