Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Individuals or Communities, owners or usufructuaries of buildings intended for residential use that are more than fifty years old, or that are considered to have some type of cataloging or protection and who, having carried out the technical inspection of buildings, formalize the corresponding request, may be beneficiaries of the subsidy provided for in these bases. To be granted the subsidy, it will be a requirement that the applicant be registered in the municipality of Zuia, on January 1 of the year to which the call refers. Second. Object. These bases are intended to promote and regulate the procedure for granting by the Zuia City Council, at its municipal level, a subsidy for part of the cost of carrying out the report corresponding to the technical inspection of buildings in the municipality of Zuia. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases of this subsidy were approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation on March 14, 2024 and will be published in the BOTHA. Room. Amount. The subsidy will reach up to 50 percent of the budget of the protectable action with a maximum limit of 200 euros, in the case of single-family and/or semi-detached homes, with the maximum limit for neighborhood communities set at 500 euros. For those people who prove they are victims of gender violence, the subsidy will reach 60 percent with a cap of 220 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The granting of subsidies will be limited to the amount of its budget forecast, established for the 2024 financial year at 1,500 euros, and in any case, on December 30, 2024 without any possibility of extension. The documentation will be presented in the general registry of the City Council. Sixth. Other data.
