In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Base http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index, and on the Website of the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council http://www.vitoria-gasteiz.org First. Beneficiaries Private companies, whatever their legal form, and non-profit associations that develop agroecological productive activity, owners of agricultural holdings that have their registered office and tax address in the municipality of Vitoria-Gasteiz and/or directly develop eligible activities in the municipality of Vitoria-Gasteiz; are validly constituted before the deadline for submitting applications ends; are registered in the corresponding Social Security regime based on agricultural activity; are registered in the Registry of Agricultural Farms of the Historical Territory of Álava (REA), prior to requesting this aid or in the General Registry of Livestock Farms (REGA) of the Provincial Council of Álava, if applicable; Companies must maintain their registration in the IAE, if applicable, throughout the entire process of processing the subsidy application (application, granting, recognition of the obligation and payment); meet the small business requirements at the time of application (less than 50 employees and an annual turnover or balance sheet of less than €10 million); not be linked to or majority owned by companies that do not meet any of the requirements set out above; be up to date with their tax obligations, with Social Security and taxes with the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council; where applicable, certificate accrediting registration in the Organic Production Registries; and in the case of non-profit associations that develop agroecological productive activity, be registered in the Registry of Associations of the Basque Country. Public Companies and Public Law Entities, and those that carry out associative or professional activities (associations, professional associations, etc.) are expressly excluded. Second. Object. Establish the conditions that will govern the granting of financial aid, under a simple competition regime, aimed at generating employment in the sector of production and distribution of organic agricultural products in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The eligible actions and expenses are divided into two lines: 1. Hiring of people to carry out agricultural work, full or part-time (at least 50% of the day) and with a minimum contract duration of 3 months, to carry out agricultural activities, in work centers in the municipality of Vitoria-Gasteiz by companies registered in the REA. The maximum eligible time per contract will be six months. And contracts signed between December 16, 2025 and June 30, 2026, both inclusive (salaries and business Social Security contributions), will be eligible for subsidies. The number of grants is limited to 3 contracts per company/entity. 2. Investments (for companies that work under the ecological production model or companies that operate conventionally and have initiated the process to convert their production from the conventional to the ecological model), which undoubtedly respond to the nature of the subsidized activity and correspond to the period between December 16, 2025 and September 15, 2026, both inclusive, in the following concepts: purchase of machinery, farm implements and agricultural tools, including their accessories; enabling the necessary facilities for ecological production and conditioning of farms (greenhouses, warehouses, electric shepherds, ponds, fencing, etc.); implementation of efficient irrigation systems and their automation; incorporation of innovative agricultural technologies (sensors, drones, precision agriculture, etc.); purchase of digital tools and specific programs related to the activity of agricultural holdings for company management, production control, marketing, etc. ; purchase or rental of land or agricultural buildings for agricultural exploitation; research projects related to new cultivation techniques
