Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Base http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index, and on the website of the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council http://www.vitoria-gasteiz.org. First.- Beneficiaries. Beneficiaries must meet the following requirements: a.- They must be registered in the municipality of Vitoria-Gasteiz from the date of registration in RETA. b.- Having registered for the first time in the RETA after December 13, 2024. c.- Registering in force in the RETA and having remained registered uninterruptedly for at least 12 months from the date of their first registration. This condition must be met at the time of application. The calculation will be made from date to date. d.- Self-employed workers must have registered and remain registered uninterruptedly in the IAE heading corresponding to the activity they carry out, from the date of registration in the RETA. In the case of partners who are members of communities of property or civil societies, the same requirement will be required. e.- Be up to date with your tax obligations with the Provincial Treasury, with Social Security and tax obligations with the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council. The specific objectives that are intended to be achieved through the promotion activity pursued by this aid are: - The competitive improvement of the productive fabric of Vitoria-Gasteiz. - Support the consolidation of self-employment. The purpose of these rules is to establish the conditions that will govern the granting of aid, under a simple competition regime, called self-employed checks in Vitoria-Gasteiz aimed at financing the first registration in the special regime for self-employed workers of the Social Security (RETA) and who have remained registered for a minimum of one year. These financial aids take the form of non-refundable subsidies, under a simple competition regime. Third.- Bases of the call. The Plenary Session of the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council, in its ordinary session on April 21, 2023, agreed to initially approve the general subsidy ordinance of the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council, which was finally published in BOTHA (number 88, Friday, July 28, 2023), and came into force on October 1, 2023. The purpose of this ordinance is to establish the general regulatory bases for the procedure for granting subsidies granted by the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council.
