Official description of the call

BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the Extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index) in the Catalog of Procedures and Services of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía (https://juntadeandalucia.es/servicios/procedimientos/detalle/14146), on the website of the Andalusian Agency of Cultural Institutions http://www.juntadeandalucia.es/cultura/web/AAIICC/ and in this BOJA. First. Within the scope of the Ministry of Culture and Historical Heritage (Andalusian Agency of Cultural Institutions) for the year 2024, on a competitive basis, the granting of subsidies for the promotion of the flamenco associative fabric in Andalusia in the maximum total amount of 65,000.00 euros and charged to the budgetary credits specified, 1651010000, is called. G/45E/48003/00 01, the imputation will be made in two annuities at 50% in each of them, that is, 32,500 euros effective in cash in 2024 and 32,500 euros in 2025. Second. Beneficiaries: Associations and other legally constituted non-profit legal entities. Federations of associations are expressly excluded. The applicant entities must have among their statutory purposes the development and promotion of activities that contribute to the promotion and dissemination of flamenco, be registered in the corresponding Public Registry of Andalusia based on their legal nature and have a registered office in Andalusia. Third. Purpose: The promotion of the associative fabric of flamenco in Andalusia, by supporting the activities carried out by associations and non-profit legal entities and that are related to the promotion, dissemination and knowledge of flamenco as an element of Andalusian culture. Room. Regulatory bases: The call will be governed by the regulatory bases approved by Order of March 21, 2018 (BOJA no. 61, of March 28), which establishes the regulatory bases for granting subsidies, on a competitive basis, for the promotion of the flamenco associative fabric in Andalusia. Fifth. Amount. The budget allocation corresponding to the call for subsidies for the promotion of the flamenco associative network in Andalusia amounts to €65,000.00. The maximum amount of the subsidy per beneficiary entity will be 5,000.00 euros. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications is 15 days, its calculation beginning on the first business day following the publication in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía of this Extract, as provided for in art. 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Seventh.
