Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries The following may be beneficiaries of these subsidies: - Public and private non-profit associations, cultural, sports and/or social groups, and minor local entities that are legally constituted/registered and whose registered office is in the municipality of Urkabustaiz, except in the case of parent associations of those educational centers located in other municipalities, but attended by students from this municipality and who take part in the activities for which the subsidy is requested. Second. Eligible programs 2.1.-Projects or programs whose activities, as a priority, are developed in the territorial area of ​​the municipality of Urkabustaiz and refer to the areas of culture, leisure, Basque language and sports, will be subject to subsidy, giving priority to programs that: Promote social well-being in the municipality of Urkabustaiz. Develop programs that promote and favor the use of Basque. Promote the participation of the population. Promote the municipality. Integrate activities to disseminate and promote culture, Basque and sports in general and native sports in particular. Design activities that facilitate sports practice and access to culture. Promote programs and/or actions that guarantee equal opportunities between women and men and/or that support, guarantee the participation and incorporation of disadvantaged groups or those at risk of exclusion. Promote the recovery of local traditions. Risk prevention in young people's free time, recreational or leisure activities, activities to improve the quality of life, activities aimed at people with disabilities, activities to promote and enhance the role of youth in society. 2.2.- Maximum programs to present: four programs per entity. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the ordinance regulating municipal subsidies for the organization of cultural, Basque language promotion, sports and/or social activities and federated competitive sports-school sports” whose full text, after the approved modification, was published in BOTHA number 67 dated June 18, 2010. The procedure for the granting of these subsidies will be on a competitive basis, through the comparison of the applications submitted, in order to establish a relationship between them in accordance with the evaluation criteria established in this call, awarding, with the limit established in the following point, those that have obtained the highest evaluation in application of the aforementioned criteria. Fourth. Amount of aid The financing of the aid that is granted as a result of the applications presented in accordance with this call will be attributed to the budget application 3340481000 under the concept of "organization activities subsidy." of cultural, sports, promotion of Basque and/or social activities" of the budget for the year 2024. The city council may subsidize up to a maximum of 80 percent of the total cost of the program. However, this city council may provide special processing for certain programs that are of special municipal interest, which may reach up to 100 percent of the deficit resulting from the cost of the program. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications for annual programs or projects, along with documentation requested in the seventh base, will be one month from the publication of the extract of the call in the BOTHA. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be taken into account. For activities or programs of a specific and/or extraordinary nature, they will be submitted 1 month in advance of the start of the scheduled activity. In any case, the deadline will be October 11 of the current year. The delivery of the application and documentation will be at the entry register of the town hall or by any of the means indicated in the article. 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Sixth. Documentation -Official application and form, provided (Annex I) by the city council. One form must be completed per project/program and/or season. -Photocopy of the statutes and documentation proving legal.
