Official description of the call
First.- Applicants The Teaching and Research Staff of the University of La Laguna with official or employment ties may apply for these aids in those specific contracting modalities of the university field regulated in the Organic Law of the University System and contractual modalities in accordance with the Law of Science, Technology and Innovation. This link must be present both at the time of the request and during the mobility. Second.- Beneficiaries. Postgraduate students, researchers and/or teachers from Higher Education Institutions or Public Research Organizations from non-EU countries, invited by the applicants to carry out a stay at the University of Laguna, may obtain the status of beneficiaries of the aid offered. Third.- Purpose. The purpose of this call is to provide aid to cover part of the travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses of postgraduate students and researchers and/or teachers, who spend a stay at the University of La Laguna during the year 2024, for the execution of projects or academic activities reflected in the agreements in force processed by the convening Vice-Rector's Office. Fourth.- Regulatory bases. Resolution of 13/2024, of the Vice-Rector for Internationalization and Cooperation, which approves the bases that will govern the call for grants for stays of Teaching and Research Staff and invited postgraduate students, for the year 2024, linked to agreements in force signed with universities and educational institutions in the non-EU area. Fifth.- Amount. A total of twelve grants will be awarded for a maximum amount of 21,600 euros, charged to budget application 180415AA 422A.X 480.02, in two modalities: - Modality A) Teaching and Research Staff: eight grants of 1,800 euros each. - Modality B) Master's or doctoral students: four grants of 1,800 euros each. Sixth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands. Seventh.- Other data. Applications will be submitted electronically through the Electronic Headquarters of the University of La Laguna at the web address https://sede.ull.es/ecivilis-site/catalog/showProcedure/330, attaching the documents required in the call.
