First.- Beneficiaries. Foreign students who carry out mobility at the University of La Laguna may be beneficiaries of these scholarships. Second.- Object. The purpose of this call is to grant, on a competitive basis, financial aid to foreign students who carry out mobility at the University of La Laguna (hereinafter ULL) during the first semester of the 2026-2027 academic year, under the "Santander Incoming International Mobility Studies Scholarships" program. Through this program, the mobility of young university students enrolled in foreign universities that have a current mobility agreement with the ULL is promoted and encouraged, through a scholarship that allows them to carry out an international academic stay at the ULL. This exchange will be carried out with the objective of academic recognition and achievement, as well as adaptation to their curricular profile. The period of study at the ULL must be part of the study program that students follow to complete a qualification at a level equivalent to the degree at their home university. This subsidy is integrated into the Strategic Subsidy Plan of the University of La Laguna for the year 2026, approved by Resolution of the Rector on December 23, 2025, and modified on February 16, 2026. It contributes to promoting the internationalization of students, facilitating their access to training experiences in European institutions and promoting their academic, personal and professional development. Third.- Regulatory bases. Resolution 64/2026 of the Vice-Rector's Office for Internationalization and Cooperation, by which the call for Santander Incoming international mobility scholarships for the 2026/2027 academic year is made public. Fourth.- Amount A maximum of 10 scholarships of €1,500 each will be awarded, intended to cover the expenses derived from carrying out the program (such as accommodation, maintenance, insurance during the stay, etc.). This aid will consist of the contribution of funds by Banco Santander. The receipt of the scholarship that is the object of the program will be compatible with that of other types of aid of a welfare nature, of a nature different from the scholarships that are the object of this program, regardless of its origin, public or private, to which the student who carries out the internship under the same may have access.
