File no.: 46 dated March 5, 2024 and by the principles of publicity, transparency, concurrence within all its lines, objectivity, equal treatment and non-discrimination, as well as by those of efficiency in meeting the set objectives and effectiveness in the allocation and use of public resources.1. Budget allocationTo meet the economic obligations arising from the granting of the subsidies object of this call, the total amount of €5,000.00 euros is reserved, charged to item 334.48900.2. Application submission periodThe application submission period will begin from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPG and until April 30 of the year of the call.3. Application submission formThe grant application must include the following documentation:1) Specific application form that includes:a. Declaration responsible for:i. The concurrence of the requirements to obtain beneficiary status.ii. The commitment to comply with the conditions imposed for the granting of the subsidy.iii. Subsidies or other income obtained for the same purpose, or commitment to communicate them if obtained in the future.iv. Not be required to present certifications of being up to date with payment of tax and Social Security obligations (in the case of entities).v. The annual remuneration of the management or administrative bodies, if they are beneficiaries.b. Consent to the processing of personal data.2) Deed of incorporation, Statutes or equivalent documentation in the event that there has been any modification and it has not been previously notified through a request to the City Council.3) Report of the project, program or activity.4) Budget of the project, program or activity, with detailed indication of the income and expenses, and also of the aid received and/or requested from other administrations. The standard application model can be found on the municipal website. Applications Together with the required documentation, they must be presented at the electronic headquarters of the City Council through E-TRAM (AOC Service). The submission of the subsidy application presumes knowledge and acceptance of the regulations that regulate it.
