Official description of the call

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Base http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index, and on the website of the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council http://www.vitoria-gasteiz.org First. Beneficiaries. Natural or legal persons, who have a workforce of less than fifty people, a turnover or whose balance sheet does not exceed 10 million euros and are not linked to or owned by more than 25% with companies that do not meet these requirements, are registered in the following sections of the IAE, having executed investment projects, in eligible concepts, in a business premises open during normal business hours and located at ground level or integrated into food markets or shopping centers or galleries. private, located in the municipality of Vitoria-Gasteiz: - 64: Retail trade of food, beverages and tobacco products carried out in permanent establishments (except 646: Retail trade of tobacco products and smoking articles and 647.5: supply of food and beverage products, excluding tobacco, through vending machines). - 65: Retail trade of non-food products carried out in permanent establishments (except 652.1: Pharmacies: retail trade of medicines, health products and personal hygiene, 654.3: aerial vehicles, 654.4: river and maritime vehicles, 654.5: machinery, 654.6 of covers, bands and air chambers of all types of vehicles and 655: retail trade of fuels, fuels and lubricants). - 662.2: Retail trade of all kinds of items. - 671, 672 and 673: Food service in restaurants, cafes, cafes and bars. - 676: Food service in chocolate shops, ice cream shops and horchaterias. - 677.9: Other food services specific to restaurants. - 681, 682, 683 and 684: Lodging services in hotels, motels, hostels, pensions, inns, guest houses and apartment hotels. - 691.1: Repair of electrical household items. - 691.9: Repair of other NCOP consumer goods. - 755: Travel agencies, except 755.1. - 971.3: Darning and repair of clothes. - 972: Hairdressing and beauty services. Businesses installed in industrial estates and service stations (gas stations) are expressly excluded, as well as by activity, those dedicated to nighttime hospitality and provision of catering services to communities regardless of location. Second. Object. Promote economic activity in the municipality of Vitoria-Gasteiz, in the commerce, personal services and hospitality sector, by subsidizing investments made from March 11, 2023 until the day of publication in BOTHA of the call, in works to implement and modernize the commercial premises; installation, renovation and adaptation of veranda terraces with or without enclosure; and acquisition of local equipment. The projects presented must have a minimum eligible net investment amount (without VAT) of: 2,000.00 euros (for IAE headings 64, 65, 662.2, 69, 755, 971.3 and 972). 4,000.00 euros (for IAE 67 headings). 8,000.00 euros (for IAE 68 headings). The call will be processed through the competitive competition procedure. Third. Regulatory bases. The Plenary Session of the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council, in its ordinary session on April 21, 2023, agreed to initially approve the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council, which was finally published in the Official Gazette of the Historical Territory of Álava (BOTHA, Number 88, Friday, July 28, 2023), and came into force on October 1, 2023. This Ordinance is intended object is the establishment of the general regulatory bases for the procedure for granting subsidies granted by the Vitoria-Gasteiz City Council. On March 27, 2024, the Local Government Board approved the regulatory bases for the call for aid for the implementation and modernization of small commerce, personal services and hospitality businesses in the municipality of Vitoria-Gasteiz 2024.
