Call 2024 Aid Groups for common support of job positions

Official description of the call

BDNS (identification code): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias). First Beneficiaries The municipalities of the Community of Madrid that are part of groups established for the common support of jobs and that meet, at the time the subsidy is requested, the following requirements may be beneficiaries of these subsidies: a) That their official population is equal to or less than 5,000 inhabitants, according to the official data of the National Institute of Statistics (INE) on the date of publication of the extract of the call. b) That the grouped position is covered in accordance with current provisions; in the case of Secretary-Comptroller positions, it must be reserved for Local Administration Officials with National Qualifications. c) That they are not involved in the causes of prohibition to obtain the status of beneficiaries established in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. d) The beneficiaries of the aid must be up to date with their obligations with Social Security, not have debts in the executive payment period with the Community of Madrid, unless they are duly guaranteed and not have tax debts with other Public Administrations. Second Object The purpose of this order is to call for the year 2024 the subsidies destined to groups of municipalities in the Community of Madrid for the common support of jobs included in their statutes Third Regulatory bases The regulatory bases by which this call for aid is governed were approved by Order 268/2022, of June 22, of the Department of Local Administration and Digitalization by which the regulatory bases for subsidies intended for groups of municipalities in the Community of Madrid for the common support of jobs published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid No. 154 of June 30, 2022. Fourth Amount and financing of aid 1. The amount of the subsidy per municipality will be as follows: a) Secretary-Controller: 50% of the cost of the job for the subsidized period. b) Other positions for which the group has been established: 35% of the cost of the job for the subsidized period. Financial aid may reach up to 100% of the amount requested, with a maximum limit of 25,000 euros per City Council, until the budgetary credits authorized for this call are exhausted. 2. These aids will be financed from program 942O, item 46309 "Subsidies to Local Corporations", of the General Budgets of the Community of Madrid in the amount of 650,000 euros for the year 2024. Fifth Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of this extract. Sixth Complementary Information The gross salaries and social contributions of the grouped jobs are considered eligible expenses. Expenses incurred between October 1, 2023 and September 30, 2024 will be eligible for subsidies.
