Official description of the call

BDNS (Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and in the present BOJA. First. Call. The subsidies corresponding to lines 7 and 8 regulated in the Order of October 5, 2020, approving the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime aimed at reconciling personal, family and work life in Andalusia (hereinafter regulatory bases) are called for the year 2024, under a non-competitive competition regime: Line 7. Subsidies for the development of equality plans for companies with headquarters in Andalusia. Line 8. Subsidies for carrying out activities related to the reconciliation of personal, family and work life to city councils, local autonomous entities, associations and local consortia, as well as public entities linked to them, in Andalusia. Second. Regulatory bases. The application, granting and application of these subsidies will be governed by the provisions of the Order of October 5, 2020, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime aimed at the reconciliation of personal, family and work life in Andalusia, by this call and other applicable regulations according to the legal regime established therein. Third. Eligible concepts. Eligible activities and projects must be framed in the eligible concepts provided for in section 2.a) of the corresponding Summary Tables of the regulatory bases (hereinafter Summary Tables). Room. Entities that can apply for subsidies and requirements they must meet. Line 7: Companies with headquarters in Andalusia that have a minimum of 10 hired workers and a maximum of 49, in accordance with section 4.a).1 of the regulatory bases and that comply with the requirements established in section 4.a).2 of the regulatory bases may apply for the subsidies object of this call. A company will be understood as any organizational modality that hires its personnel in accordance with current regulations. The Public Administrations referred to in the seventh additional provision of the consolidated text of the Law of the Basic Statute of Public Employees, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30, in accordance with the provisions of section 4.a).1 of the Summary Table of line 7 that is called, are understood to be excluded. Line 8: Municipalities, autonomous local entities, associations and local consortia, as well as public entities linked to them, of Andalusia may apply for the subsidies that are the subject of this call, in accordance with the provisions of section 4.a).1 of the Summary Table of line 8 that is called, which comply with the requirements established in section 4.a).2 of the aforementioned Summary Table. Fifth. Maximum amounts and period within which eligible expenses must have been incurred. 1. In accordance with section 5.a) of the Summary Table of line 7 that is called, the amount of the subsidy to be granted in this line may not exceed, in any case, for each project or activity, 100% of the approved budget, nor the maximum amount established in that section, which amounts to 6,000.00 euros. In relation to line 8, in accordance with section 5.a) of the Summary Table of this line, the amount of the subsidy to be granted may not exceed, in any case, for each project or activity, 100% of the approved budget, nor the maximum amount established in that section, which amounts to 20,000.00 euros per eligible concept. 2. In relation to line 7, the execution period of the activities must be from the date of submission of the application to the end date of the execution period established in the concession resolution, in accordance with section 5.d) of the Summary Table. In relation to line 8, the execution period of the eligible activities and projects must be included in the fiscal year 2024 (from January 1 to December 31), in accordance with the provisions
