EQ_CALL FOR SUBSIDIES TO COMMUNITIES AND CONSORTIA AIMED AT IMPROVING THE EMPLOYABILITY OF WOMEN AT RISK OF SOCIAL EXCLUSION 2024

First: Beneficiaries All associations and consortia of the province of Valencia that submit the application and additional documentation in a timely manner and also meet the requirements established in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Valencia and in this call will be eligible for this aid. The promotion of equal opportunities between women and men, the inclusion of women in society, the eradication of gender violence must appear in its statutes as institutional purposes or, if these purposes are not explicitly included in its statutes, having carried out programs to improve the employability of women, and said circumstance is reliably accredited, through the corresponding responsible declaration signed by the Secretary of the entity. It will be an essential requirement for the interested communities to be members of the Network of Municipalities protected against gender violence. Second: Purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of financial aid under a competitive competition regime, in accordance with the procedure provided for in the General Subsidies Ordinance of the Provincial Council of Valencia, to the associations and consortia of the province of Valencia that meet the requirements set out in the THIRD ordinal of this call, for the improvement of the employability of women at risk of social exclusion. “Women at risk of social exclusion” are understood as those over 45 years of age with special difficulties in accessing the labor market, due to age and other factors such as lack of training or adaptation to changes in the labor market, young women with little training and prolonged situations of unemployment, women in a situation of an underground or unregulated economy, immigrant women who are users of employment support and attention services and women who have suffered situations of abuse/gender violence and are seeking or needing training. for employment. The subject of this call, provided that they meet the requirements established in the FOURTH of the same and are carried out during 2024, will be the projects that include activities related to: a) Diagnosis of employability and personalized insertion itinerary, which, after a personal employment agreement, will identify the actions that the participants will develop throughout their participation in the Program and will structure the attention given to them, including its completion schedule, its monitoring system and the result of its implementation. regarding the evolution of their employability. b) Actions for career guidance and to facilitate the job search of the participants, including awareness-raising actions and for the development of personal aspects for the occupation, and on the process, techniques, resources and tools of active job search, preparation of the resume, job interview workshop, etc., as well as general information on the labor market, in terms of self-employment, on trends, professional opportunities and job alternatives linked to the territory and motivational and advisory sessions on entrepreneurship and social economy linked to these areas. c) Training actions for professional qualification and requalification, which allow the acquisition of technical knowledge and skills adequate and sufficient to perform a job, or the recycling and updating of knowledge, procedures, technologies, new labor trends or new sources of employment. d) Workshops on transversal skills (digital literacy, teamwork, effective time management, achievement orientation, among others) and empowerment workshops for the labor and social integration of the participants and the reinforcement of equality in access to employment, taking into account the unique characteristics of the target group of the Project. e) Accompaniment during the development of the personalized itinerary carried out by the participants in order to carry out its momentum and follow
