MUNICIPAL AID FOR OBTAINING THE BOOK CHECK 2024/2025 YEAR MANAGEMENT FILE 2508/2024

Official description of the call

Extract from Mayor's Resolution No. 2024-557 dated May 30, 2024, by which Municipal Aid is called for Book Checks for the 2024/2025 course, through the competitive bidding procedure. First. Beneficiaries. All students who are enrolled in an Educational Center of the Municipality of Alcaudete at the Infant levels, during the 2024/2025 school year, and are also registered in the municipality together with their family unit, may apply for this subsidy, with a maximum of one application per student. Second. Object. The purpose of the subsidy is to regulate the granting of Municipal Aid with the purpose of paying for it through aid to families, allocating a fixed amount for the acquisition of textbooks and school supplies for Early Childhood Education, for students enrolled in Educational Centers in the Municipal District of Alcaudete during the 2024/2025 academic year. The following activities may be subject to subsidy: — Applications subject to the regulations specified in articles 4 and 5 of the regulatory bases of the call. The following will not be subject to subsidy: — Those applications that do not comply with the regulations of articles 4 and 5 of the regulatory bases of the call. Third. Regulatory bases. Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, in Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulations of the General Subsidies Law, in Title II, Chapter III. Special regulations, Base 36 to Base 42, of the Execution Bases of the 2024 General Budget approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation in an ordinary session on November 30, 2023, final approval published in BOP No. 9 on January 12, 2024, and other legislation that is applicable on a basic or supplementary basis. Room. Amount of aid. The budget credits to which the subsidy is allocated are the following: 2024-326-48001 “School Material Subsidy for Early Childhood Education”, and the maximum total amount is 26,000 euros for this call, with the amount of aid being 130 euros for each beneficiary. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The applications will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council and will be presented in the General Registry of documents of the City Council or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, the submission period being from the day following the publication of the extract of the Call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Jaén and ending on July 19, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. if it is done through the General Document Registry and at 11:59 p.m. if it is done through the electronic office. Sixth. Other data. The documentation to be provided to request the subsidy will be the following:  Annex I. Application available in the General Registry of the Hon. Alcaudete City Council and on the website www.alcaudete.es. Along with the application, the N.I.F of the applicant must be attached.  Photocopy of the Income Tax Return for the year 2023 of the family unit (if done individually, the returns of both spouses must be submitted or, if not required to submit income, the negative income certificate).  Annex II. Responsible declaration model for accreditation of not incurring in any of the circumstances included in Article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, and accreditation of compliance with tax obligations with the Tax Agency, Social Security, the Government of Andalusia and the Local Treasury (will be verified ex officio).
