Official description of the call

BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA. First. Call. The following lines of subsidies are called, in the non-competitive concession modality: a) Line 1.1. Subsidies for building rehabilitation. b) Line 1.2. Additional subsidies for situations of economic vulnerability. Second. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a non-competitive basis, under the Aid Program for rehabilitation actions at the neighborhood level, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, approved by the Order of March 26, 2024, published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía number 63, of April 2 2024. Third. Beneficiary persons and entities. 1. Communities of owners or groups of communities of owners, constituted in accordance with the provisions of article 5 of Law 49/1960, of July 21, on Horizontal Property, of the buildings on which that rehabilitation works or actions are promoted. 2. Individuals who are owners or usufructuaries of homes included in collective residential buildings may apply for and be beneficiaries of additional subsidies for situations of economic vulnerability, as provided in section 4a).1 of the corresponding summary table of Line 1.2 published as an annex to the Order of March 26, 2024, for whose rehabilitation works, promoted by the corresponding communities of owners or groups of communities of owners, a subsidy has been requested from the line. 1.1 of subsidies for building rehabilitation. Room. Purpose of the subsidies. 1. Subsidies for building rehabilitation are intended to finance rehabilitation works in buildings with predominantly residential use, within areas of action called Residential Environments of Programmed Rehabilitation previously delimited. 2. The purpose of additional subsidies for situations of economic vulnerability is to provide additional financing for the cost attributable to people who own or use homes in a situation of economic vulnerability, of the rehabilitation works that have been subsidized under line 1.1 of subsidies for building rehabilitation, within areas of action called Residential Environments of Programmed Rehabilitation previously delimited. 3. The buildings subject to these subsidies must be included in one of the ERRPs delimited as provided in article 10 of Royal Decree 853/2021, of October 5, for which the bilateral commission agreement referred to in article 12.2 of said royal decree has been signed and which are listed below: 1.
