Official description of the call
Purpose: The aid provided for in this call is intended to collaborate and co-finance the expenses derived from the registration of people registered in the municipality of San Millán, in musical education organized by the City Council itself and in regulated and non-regulated music education centers during the 2023/2024 academic year, with the exception of the costs of registration in Music Schools agreed upon by the City Council. Beneficiaries: The beneficiaries will be the residents who are registered in the municipality of San Millán for at least an uninterrupted period of six months prior to the date of registration of the activity to be subsidized, and who attend the musical activities carried out by the San Millán City Council or regulated and non-regulated musical education centers, with the exception of those agreed upon, during the 2023/2024 academic year. In relation to applications processed for minors, the person requesting aid will be the father, mother or legal guardian of the minor who carries out the activity to be subsidized. Regulatory bases: Approved by the Full City Council of San Millán in a session held on June 12, 2024. Amount: The maximum subsidy for each beneficiary will be the following: - - Amount of 180.00 euros when the beneficiary is enrolled in the musical lessons organized by the San Millán City Council. - Amount of 180.00 euros when the beneficiary takes two or more musical lessons in regulated and non-regulated music education centers. - Amount of 130.00 euros when the beneficiary takes musical education in regulated and non-regulated musical education centers. The amount of the subsidy provided for in the bases may not represent more than 50% of the total cost of music education and, likewise, the maximum limit of the municipal budget application. In the event that the approved budget application is not sufficient to meet all requests, the maximum subsidy will be reduced proportionally. Budget allocation: The budget items to which the subsidies are allocated are item 326 482001 (complementary education services -music-), for an amount of 3,000 euros. Application submission deadline Starting on the day following the insertion of the call announcement in the BOTHA and until September 20, 2024.
