Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries Persons who have the single-parent family title in force at the time of submitting the application and as of 01/01/2024, who are registered as owners, co-owners or usufructuaries of the real estate corresponding to their habitual residence, and who meet the assessment criteria (point 2) Second, may be beneficiaries of this subsidy. Purpose The purpose of the call is to grant subsidies for the habitual residence of those people with the title of single-parent family for the year 2024; in order to contribute to the financing of the current expenses derived from the habitual residence located in the municipality of Palafrugell of the people who are listed as the main person in a cohabitation unit that corresponds to a single-parent family. Third. Amount The expense generated by these subsidies is charged to budgetary application 52.1522.48900 (subsidy for protection of the right to housing) of the Area of ​​Social Action, Citizenship and Youth, up to a limit of 3,000 euros. In the event that the number of applications is greater than the expenditure forecast in the following section, the resolution body may choose between prorating the total amount in equal parts among all applicants or assigning the established amount to the applications in chronological order until the established limit is exhausted. Fifth. Application submission period The submission period for applications to participate in this call will be from the day following the publication of the call in the BOP of Girona, until August 30, 2024, to the OAC of the City Council.
