Official description of the call
Since the bases, published in BOP no. 108 of June 4, 2024, have been definitively approved, as no claims have been submitted during the public exhibition period, a call is opened for the submission of applications for the granting of aid to amateur athletes in individual sports who have participated in the Spanish, European, World Championships or the Olympic Games. Submission of applications: Applications must be submitted electronically. Aid applicants will find all the information and documentation: electronic application and standardized application forms on the website www.olot.cat (they must access the Procedures menu and then click on the Subsidies section). Aid applicants who wish to receive it must submit the application and the subsidy/aid application signed by the legitimate representative of the entity, the certificate of composition of the entity's Board of Directors and, where applicable, the SEPA document. It will only be necessary to attach the SEPA document if the account number has been changed or it is the first time that the subsidy is requested. In addition, all the documentation that the applicant considers necessary to complement their application can be attached. Application submission period: The application submission period will be 20 business days starting from the day following the date of publication of the call in the BOP Girona. Resolution: The maximum period to resolve and notify the resolution of the procedure may not exceed three months, counting from the deadline for submitting applications. The expiration of this maximum period without having been notified of the resolution legitimizes the interested parties to understand that the request for granting the subsidy has been rejected due to administrative silence.
