BDNS (Identif.): XXXXXX In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 and 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index) and on the website www.madrid.org First: Beneficiaries. Non-governmental organizations, associations or foundations, non-profit, that organize or have in progress projects of a welfare nature, carried out within the scope of the Community of Madrid and intended exclusively for the development of activities whose objective is home care and assistance and the accommodation and reception of people affected by HIV/AIDS. Second: Purpose. Assistance projects aimed at people affected by HIV/AIDS, carried out within the Community of Madrid. Third: Regulatory bases. Order 973/2013, of November 14, of the Ministry of Health, which approves the regulatory bases and the call for subsidies for 2013 for non-profit entities in the Community of Madrid, aimed at financing care projects in favor of people affected by HIV/AIDS. Fourth: Amount. 400,000.00 euros Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications. Fifteen business days from the day following the publication of this Extract in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. Sixth: Assessment criteria. Applications will be scored based on the following criteria: Population to which the resources and activities are directed, human resources that perform professional functions related to the development of healthcare activities that are the subject of the subsidy and the number of people who carry them out, technical quality of the project, type of healthcare actions developed, monitoring, evaluation and improvement actions, training activities for both the personnel who participate in the activities and, especially, in terms of risk prevention and psychosocial aspects linked to the disease.
