RULES OF THE SUBV CALL. MENTORING ACTIVITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH SPEC. DIFFICULT INSER. LABOR

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: The beneficiaries will be companies whose registered office or workplace is located in the Community of Madrid, that meet the requirements determined in the call and that hire people belonging to any of the groups of recipients as defined in the call. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to promote a special aid program, in favor of companies, to support the permanent hiring of people belonging to groups with special difficulties in accessing employment, with residence in the city of Madrid, which facilitates their effective incorporation into the labor market, as well as the maintenance of employment, through mentoring of the person hired. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases of these subsidies are established by the Ordinance of General Regulatory Bases for the Granting of Subsidies by the Madrid City Council and its Public Bodies approved by Agreement of the Plenary of the City Council dated October 30, 2013, published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid number 278, dated November 22, 2013. Fourth. Amount The total amount allocated to this call will be allocated to budget application 503/140/241.09/470.00 “Subsidies to private companies to promote employment.” A total credit of €1,000,000 will be allocated for the year 2025, subject to the final approval of the budget for this year. The granting of the subsidy will be conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the resolution of the concession. Applications submitted based on new hires made will be eligible for subsidies with the following maximum amounts depending on the type of contract: a)Aid of €2,900 if the type of contract is full-time. This amount will be increased by 30% when the contract is made with people over 52 years of age (€3,770). b) Aid of €1,450 if the contract is part-time, as long as it is equal to or greater than 20 hours per week. This amount will be increased by 30% when the contract is made with people over 52 years of age (€1,885). Fifth. Application submission deadline. The application submission period will open the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid (BOCM) and will remain open until November 15, 2025 or until the existing credit is exhausted. Applications must be submitted from the day following hiring until the last day of the month following it. For these purposes, only hirings made from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Madrid City Council (BOAM) will be considered. Sixth. Other information The granting of the subsidy will be carried out on a competitive basis, establishing as a priority criterion the date and time of entry registered in the subsidy application, meeting all the requirements and documentation required in the call.
