Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Companies, natural persons (self-employed) and legal entities, and communities of property, from any sector of activity except those dedicated to fishing and aquaculture, and the primary production of agricultural products, regardless of their size, that carry out the subsidized activities within the geographical scope of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, through an open work center in the Region of Murcia in which the eligible activities are carried out. Second. Object. The object of this call, in accordance with the competitive competition regime provided for in Chapter I of Title I of Law 7/2005, of November 18, on Subsidies of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, is to encourage open innovation in the fields of Defense, Security and Reconstruction and Development, by regional companies. The implementation of innovative projects that solve previously identified challenges will be subsidized and will consist of the development of a prototype or minimum viable product, that is, a simplified version of a potential product that allows the possible solution to some of the challenges posed to materialize. Third. Regulatory Bases. Order of December 19, 2023 of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Business, approving the regulatory bases for aid from the Development Institute of the Region of Murcia to encourage open innovation in the fields of Defense, Security and Reconstruction and Development, by Regional Companies, published in BORM No. 295 of 12/23/2023. Room. Amount. The maximum available credit for this call is TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY THOUSAND EUROS (€280,000), charged to budget item 2024.1608.781A.78106. This credit will be financed 100% from the Budgets of the Development Institute of the 2024 annuity. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The subsidy application is available in the standardized forms provided at the INFO electronic headquarters address https://sede.institutofomentomurcia.es and can be submitted from 9:00 a.m. the day following the publication of the extract of this call and until 11:59 p.m. on February 28, 2025. The standard forms necessary for subsequent justification will also be provided at the INFO electronic headquarters address. Sixth. Other data. The list of challenges and their detailed description can be consulted in the Annex of the Call and in the Downloads section of this program at the address of the INFO electronic headquarters https://sede.institutofomentomurcia.es. The maximum amount of subsidy to be provided by the Non-refundable Development Institute with a fixed rate intensity of 100% of the eligible costs, and a maximum amount per beneficiary of €40,000.
