Call for the granting of aid in terms of economic benefits within the 2025 municipal social emergency program.

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: People with effective residence in the municipality of Xirivella may be entitled to the right to municipal social emergency benefits in the terms established in Law 3/2019, of February 18, of the Generalitat, on Inclusive Social Services of the Valencian Community or in the development regulations. People who do not have Spanish nationality will be governed by what is established in Organic Law 4/2000, of January 11, on the rights and freedoms of foreigners in Spain. Second. Purpose: Regulate the procedure for granting Individual Economic Benefits for Social Emergency and for the Improvement of Autonomy for older people in the municipality of Xirivella related to the year 2025. Third. Regulatory bases: Call for the granting of aid in terms of economic benefits within the Municipal Social Emergency Program 2025. Fourth. Amount: - For basic needs, the concession will be made for an amount of €250 per person, adding 50 euros per member of the cohabitation unit up to a maximum amount of €400. - For housing, the maximum amount per benefit and per cohabitation unit will be €450. For assistance to enter a new home, you may receive up to a maximum of €1,500 per year in a single aid or the equivalent of 3 months' rental income if this amount is lower. - In terms of energy supply, the concession will be adjusted to the debt that the applicant proves through invoices with a maximum amount of €1,500 per year. - Regarding the granting of aid for extraordinary expenses, the grant will be adjusted to the expense budget of the applicant, granting an applicant amount, granting a maximum amount of €1,500 per year. Fifth. Application submission period: The start of the application submission period will be the day following the publication of the call in the National Subsidies Database (BDNS) and in the BOP, according to the procedure provided for in art. 20 of the General Subsidies Law and, in any case until November 30, 2025. However, applications that do not allow delay may be admitted after the deadline. Applications submitted from January 1, 2025 will be accepted.
