Help farmers certain crops face difficulties in the 2025 campaign

Official description of the call

BDNS (identification code): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias). First. Object. Establish the provisions for the application of direct payment aid to farmers and ranchers within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy (PEPAC) that are called for the year 2025 in accordance with Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27, on the application, from 2023, of interventions in the form of direct payments and the establishment of common requirements within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy, and the regulation of the single application for the integrated management and control system. What must be done by applicants whose farm is located in the Community of Madrid or the majority of the agricultural area thereof and in case of not having agricultural area if the largest number of animals are located in the Community of Madrid, who wish to apply for the following aid: ¾ The aid associated with farmers of certain crops that face difficulties, corresponding to the sustainable production of proteins of plant origin, rice, sugar beets and tomatoes for processing, to producers of nuts in areas with risk of desertification, to traditional raisin production, to olive groves with specific difficulties and high environmental value, and the specific payment for cotton cultivation, in accordance with the provisions of articles 33 and 36 of Regulation (EU) number 2021/2115 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of December 2, 2021, contained in title III, chapter III, section 1 of Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27, 2021. December. Second. Regulatory bases. Royal Decree 1048/2022, of December 27, on the application, from 2023, of interventions in the form of direct payments and the establishment of common requirements within the framework of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy, and the regulation of the single request for the integrated management and control system. Third. Financing. Direct aid is financed entirely by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF). Room. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting the single application will begin on February 1, 2025 and will end on April 30, 2025, both inclusive. Fifth. Other data. The single application will be addressed to the General Directorate of Agriculture, Livestock and Food of the Ministry of Environment, Housing and Agriculture, and will be presented electronically, through the web address: https://gestiona3.madrid.org/SgaCac/ProdInd. For this, the use of an electronic D.N.I or digital certificate recognized by the Community of Madrid will be essential.
