Official description of the call
Purpose: The purpose of these rules and call is to regulate the granting of prizes to cover part of the costs of the troupe activity: making costumes, building floats, insurance... and thus encourage participation in the Llagostera Carnival Parade. Beneficiaries: - Legally constituted non-profit legal entities. - Groups of people, duly identified, gathered sporadically in order to participate in the carnival. Regulatory bases: General regulatory bases for the granting and justification of municipal subsidies, approved by the Plenary Session of December 21, 2023. Amount: The maximum amount of prizes for participation in the 2025 Carnival Parade will be 4,000 euros charged to budget application 23.3380.48000 “Carnival Parade Participation Subsidy” of the budget for the year. 2025. The maximum individual amount for each beneficiary, calculated according to the participation scale, will be 190 euros. Deadline and procedure for submitting works: The deadline to formalize registrations will begin on Monday, February 17, 2025 at 8 a.m. and will end on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 at 12 p.m. Requests must be made through a generic telematic instance available in the procedures section of the Llagostera City Council website. The specific participation form must be attached to the application, which can be downloaded from the Llagostera City Council website or can be requested by email from the Culture and Festivals Area (festes@llagostera.cat), the vehicle and platform insurance, and also the bank ownership certificate (or creditor registration form).
