Extract from resolution number 089/2025, of February 13, which calls for subsidies for “Rehabilitation of homes, buildings classified as monuments and decoration of buildings.” BDNS (identifier): 814582 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First.- Beneficiaries. Individuals who own a home in the municipality of Barrundia and usually reside there as their habitual residence, as well as tenants and other property owners, may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Second.- Object. Finance: .- Housing rehabilitation. .- The rehabilitation of buildings classified as Monuments by the Basque Cultural Heritage Law and that are intended for worship. .- Repair of facades of existing buildings in the municipality. Third.- Regulatory bases. The Full City Council, in a session held on January 29, 2013, approved the ordinance regulating subsidies for the rehabilitation of homes, buildings classified as monuments and decoration of buildings. The aforementioned bases, this call and the standardized models can be downloaded from the Barrundia City Council website: www.barrundia.eus. Fourth.- Amount. Total amount: 2,000.00 euros. Budget item: 1522,780,000. Fifth.- Application submission deadline. The deadline to submit the application will be until December 24, 2025.
