A3 - CALL FOR SUBSIDIES FOR THE SUPPORT OF CONDITIONS AND MILLORA OF ESPORTIUS EQUIPAMENTS

Official description of the call

FIRST. Recipients and Purpose: Subsidies on a competitive basis for municipalities and non-profit sports entities in the Girona district, declared of public utility for investment actions in the conditioning and improvement of existing facilities in the province of Girona. SECOND. Regulatory bases: Opinion of the Plenary Session of the Girona Provincial Council, dated December 17, 2024 and published and submitted to public information in BOPG no. 245 of December 23, 2024 and by reference in DOGC no. 9323 of January 7, 2025. THIRD. Amount: The total amount allocated to the call is €550,000.00. The budget credit is charged to the following budget applications and amounts: Program A3 to support the conditioning and improvement of sports equipment Budget application Amount 320.34100.7620000 520,000.00 euros 320.34100.7680000 10,000.00 euros 320.34100.7810100 20,000.00 euros Total program A3 550,000.00 euros In order to meet a greater number of subsidy applications or to grant a greater amount of subsidies, this credit may be expanded with an additional amount of at most that provided for each subprogram, derived from leftover credits from other calls or from some credit modification. The effectiveness of the additional amount will be conditional on the corresponding declaration of credit availability prior to the resolution of the subsidies and the approval of the increase in the call. ROOM. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPG. Applications must be submitted using the standardized form, duly completed, must be signed electronically using a certificate validated on the PSIS platform of the Consorci d?Administració Oberta de Catalunya, and must be submitted through the electronic channel indicated on the Subsidies Portal of the Diputació de Girona. FIFTH. Justification deadline The deadline to justify the subsidized actions of this program ends on January 31, 2026. SIXTH. Advertising This call will be published on the Diputació's electronic bulletin board (https://tauler.seu.cat) and on its website, and the extract thereof in accordance with the provisions of article 17.3 b of Law 38/2003, general on subsidies, will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona. SEVENTH. Resource regime The resolution of the call puts an end to the administrative route. Against this, a contentious-administrative appeal must be filed before the contentious-administrative court of Girona, within a period of two months, counting from the day following the day of notification. Alternatively, and optionally, an appeal for reconsideration can be filed before the Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Girona, within a period of one month, counting from the day following the day of notification.
