Official description of the call

Extract from the Agreement of the Local Government Board of the Santomera City Council of May 29, 2025, which calls for subsidies for Educational Action for the year 2025 According to the agreement adopted by the Local Government Board of July 31, 2024 and in accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidies, The extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database and on the Santomera City Council website (https://santomera.es/) First: Requirements of applicants and beneficiaries: The following may participate in this call: Non-profit entities and public utility associations and/or individuals interested in carrying out programs or activities that meet the defined objectives and that have the following requirements: a. The associations of parents of the students of public and subsidized early childhood, primary and secondary education centers and municipal nursery schools whose scope of action is the municipality of Santomera. b. Students who during the 2024/2025 academic year have been enrolled in an exchange and student mobility program, or have completed undergraduate or postgraduate studies at a foreign university. c. Not be immersed in files for the return of subsidies previously granted by the Santomera City Council. d. Not being included in any of the cases included in article 13, sections 2 and 3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, on the prohibition of obtaining public aid or subsidies. and. Be up to date with compliance with tax and Social Security obligations, in accordance with the provisions of Chapter III, Section 3 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21. F. In addition, Parents' Associations must be registered and have their data updated in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the Santomera City Council at the time of submitting the application. g. Financial subsidies will not be granted to those applicants who have pending justification for a municipal subsidy granted in the year immediately preceding the call, as long as it is not adequately justified in accordance with the regulations in which it was granted. Second: Purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the procedure that must be followed for the assessment and granting, on a competitive basis, of the subsidies granted by the Santomera City Council for Educational Action. Third: Regulatory Bases. The subsidies object of this call will be regulated, in addition to the provisions of the same, by the provisions of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of Subsidies, by the Ordinance regulating the bases for granting subsidies under a competitive competition regime for Educational Action, approved by the plenary session of the Corporation on April 25, 2022 and published in the BORM on July 11, 2022 as well as by the Ordinance General Subsidies and Awards of the Santomera City Council approved by the Plenary Session of the Corporation, in an ordinary session held on April 25, 2024 and published in the BORM on July 5, 2024, in the same way it is included in the current Strategic Subsidies Plan of the Santomera City Council 2024-2026 in strategic line 2, corresponding to Education, as well as any other provisions that may be applicable. Fourth: Financing and amount of the call. The subsidies granted will be charged to the 2025 budget and budget application 006.326.480.00 Educational Action: in the amount of 11,000.00 euros. a) Associations of Parents of the students of Public and Concerted Centers for Early Childhood and Primary and Secondary Education and Municipal Nursery Schools, 8,000.00 euros. b) Students who during the 2024-2025 school year have been enrolled in a student exchange and mobility program, or have completed undergraduate or postgraduate studies at a foreign university, 3,000.00 euros. If the applications submitted referring to some of the programs in letter b) to which the subsidy is intended exceed the total amount of the aid, the apportionment will be carried out among the applications submitted.
