Official description of the call

EXTRACT FROM THE CALL Extract from the agreement of the Local Government Board dated June 6, 2025 by which subsidies are called for school transportation between the Baronía de Mar Urbanization and the CEIP La Muntanyeta, school year 2024-2025. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). 1. Regulatory Bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies are contained in the regulatory ordinance for aid in intermunicipal school transportation, approved by the plenary session on 01-11-2018, and published in the Official Gazette of the province No. 54, dated March 16, 2018, which was modified by Plenary agreement dated October 17, 2019 and published to the BOPT of December 23, 2019. 2. Conditional nature of the subsidies The granting of these subsidies is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the budget year in which the expense involved in paying them has to be executed. 3. Objective The purpose of the subsidy is to help the families of the Baronía de Mar Urbanization, to cover part of the costs of school transportation to the CEIP La Muntanyeta de Bellvei, favoring their inter-municipal mobility. The amount that the Bellvei City Council will subsidize for the school year will be 50% of the rate set by the Baix Penedès Regional Council. 4. Requirements of applicants. The applicants' requirements for the granting of the subsidies regulated in this call will be: a) Be registered in the municipality of Bellvei b) Attend the La Muntanyeta School in Bellvei c) Use the school transport organized by the Baix Penedès Regional Council at the La Muntanyeta School in Bellvei. d) Express declaration of not being a debtor with the AEAT. General Treasury of Social Security and with the Municipal Treasury. 5. Body competent for investigation and resolution The body competent for investigation will be the Comptroller Secretary of the Bellvei City Council and the resolution of the procedure will be the Local Government Board. 6. Deadline for submission of applications and documentation Applications will be formulated in the model included as an annex to this call. They will be addressed to the Mayor-president of the City Council, and will be presented at the entrance register of the City Council or by any of the means indicated in article 18 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations, from the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the province until August 19, 2025. Applications may be submitted electronically in the terms provided by the Law. 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations 7. Resolution and notification period The maximum period to resolve and notify the resolution of the procedure may not exceed six months. The expiration of this maximum period without having notified the resolution legitimizing the interested parties will mean that the request for granting the subsidy has been rejected due to administrative silence. The resolution of the procedure will be notified to the interested parties in accordance with the provisions of article 40 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of public administrations. The practice of this notification or publication will comply with the provisions contained in article 41 of the aforementioned Law. 8. Payment To receive the subsidy, it is necessary to present the following documentation to the City Council: - Original or certified photocopy of the receipt justifying the payment of the expense. The amount of the subsidy will be paid by bank transfer to the interested party's current account, upon presentation of the corresponding documentation. If there is not enough credit, the granting of the subsidy would be without effect. The granting of advance advances is conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient budgetary credit prior to approval of the advance advance by the Local Government Board. 9.
