MAYOR RESOLUTION 2025-1499 GRANTING FINANCIAL AID FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF HOUSES AND OTHER CONSTRUCTIONS AFFECTED BY DANA IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF UTIEL

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries 1. The following will be able to access the financial aid regulated by these rules: Communities of Owners Owner of the entire property. Owners of part of the property with authorization from the Neighborhood Association when the work affects common elements. Home users (lessees, usufructuaries or holders of real rights) who have express permission of the property and who sufficiently accredit this legal situation. 2. Persons or entities in which any of the circumstances included in article 3.2 and 3.3 of the General Ordinance regulating the granting of subsidies and article 13 of Law 38/2003 occur will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary. Second. Purpose The bases of the subsidies called are intended to regulate the granting of financial aid for the reconstruction of homes and other constructions affected by DANA in the municipality of Utiel. Said aid will be financed by the reinvestment of all income from the processing of licenses and responsible declarations necessary for the execution of said works, including the construction license fee and the tax on constructions, installations and works (ICIO), with the aim that the extraordinary income is used for the benefit of reconstruction. Third. Regulatory Bases The call for these aids will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia, in the electronic headquarters of the Utiel City Council and on the municipal notice boards. Room. Amount Said aid will be financed by the reinvestment of all income from the processing of the licenses and responsible declarations necessary for the execution of said works, including the construction license fee and the tax on constructions, installations and works (ICIO), with the objective that the extraordinary income is used for the benefit of reconstruction. Fifth. Application submission period The application submission period will be indefinite and will remain open until the completion of the works derived from the DANA. Sixth. Other information For the sake of the principles of administrative speed and efficiency, the request for granting a subsidy will be understood implicitly together with the presentation of the responsible declaration or application for a license to carry out the works in properties affected by the DANA, applying retroactively to those applications that had been submitted prior to the publication of these bases, provided that they comply with the rest of the established requirements.
