Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Those described in article 4. Requirements of applicants and beneficiaries of the regulatory bases, which will be accredited in the manner indicated in article 6 of es. The present bases are intended to support and promote initiatives of a social nature that carry out preventive and protective actions. Second. Object. The purpose of this promotional or rehabilitative subsidy, integration or awareness-raising, care with the groups to which the subsidy is directed: Family and minors Elderly People with disabilities and/or dependents Immigrant population People at risk or social exclusion Other sectors that fall within the scope of action of the Third Department of Social Services. Regulatory bases. The Regulatory Bases, approved by Plenary Agreement of May 31, 2021, are published in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia No. 196, of August 25, 2021 and on the Las Torres de Cotillas City Council website. Room. Amount. The amount of the subsidy is: €20,000 Budget credit: Charged to the budget application item 2310.489.20, €20,000, from the current Municipal Budget. Fifth. Application submission deadline. 15 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BORM. Sixth. Payment procedure. The payment of the subsidy will be made in a single payment, which will be made effective, after notification of the favorable resolution, as an advance payment, as necessary financing to be able to carry out the actions subject to financing, without requiring any guarantee from the beneficiaries, in accordance with article 30 of the General Subsidy Ordinance of the Las Torres De Cotillas City Council, published in BORM 122, of May 29, 2018 Seventh. Other data. The application will be submitted in the manner indicated in article 6 of the regulatory bases, accompanying the documents specified therein. The subsidies will be awarded in strict accordance with the assessment criteria established in article 15 of the specific regulatory bases, with a proportional distribution based on the score achieved by each applicant entity.
