Official description of the call
BDNS In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Purpose and regulatory bases. 1. The purpose of this call is to subsidize, by 2025, subsidies aimed at promoting the incorporation of people with disabilities into the ordinary labor market, by supporting the development of measures aimed at promoting access to and maintenance of employment, as well as the adaptation of jobs for people with disabilities. 2. The regulatory bases of this program are included in the Order of June 16, 2025, of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Employment, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the Program for prospecting, intermediation and support in the workplace for people with disabilities who have greater difficulties in finding work. Second. Beneficiary entities and requirements. 1. The following entities may be beneficiaries of Aid 2: a) Associations, foundations and other non-profit entities that meet the following requirements: 1. Its corporate purpose, among others, is job placement or job creation for people with disabilities. 2nd. Have in your workforce specialized job coaches who meet the requirements established in section 8, as well as have the necessary material resources to guarantee the ideal development of supported employment programs. 3rd. Have accredited experience in the development of labor inclusion programs for people with disabilities. 4th. Carry out eligible actions free of charge, without charging or receiving any type of amount or fee from workers or employers. 5th. Sign a collaboration agreement with the company that is going to hire the disabled workers who will be provided with support in the workplace. b) The Special Employment Centers, qualified and registered in the Registry of Special Employment Centers of the Community of Madrid, which meet the following requirements: 1st. Have job coaches on your staff who meet the requirements established in section 8, as well as have the necessary material resources to guarantee the ideal development of supported employment programs. 2nd. Develop employment actions with free support, without charging or receiving any type of amount or fee from workers or employers. 3rd. Support actions in the workplace must be carried out by professionals other than those who make up the Professional Activity Support Units. 4th. Sign a collaboration agreement with the company that is going to hire the disabled workers who will be provided with support in the workplace. c) Companies in the ordinary labor market, the self-employed and non-profit entities that hire people with disabilities who are the recipients of said actions, provided that they have specialized job trainers on their staff, who meet the requirements established in section 8, and that they have the necessary material resources to guarantee an ideal development of supported employment programs. 2. The beneficiaries of the aid regulated in this Order must meet the following general requirements: a) Be up to date with compliance with their tax and Social Security obligations, as well as up to date with the payment of contributions to the professional mutual society in the case of registered professionals. b) Not have debts in the executive payment period with the Community of Madrid, unless they were duly guaranteed. c) Have carried out the occupational risk prevention plan referred to in article 16 of Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks, in accordance with the provisions of article 8 f) of Law 2/1995, of March 8, on Subsidies of the Community of Madrid. d) Entities in which any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003 occur may not obtain beneficiary status.
