AID BASES THROUGH INCENTIVES FOR TEMPORARY EMPLOYEE HIRING OF PEOPLE PARTICIPATING IN THE DUAL EMPLOYMENT WORKSHOP “RETAINED IN MOS III”, AIMED AT COMPANIES, FOR OCCUPATIONS IN THE FIELD OF TRAINING PROVIDED

In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/call/) FIRST. - Purpose and duration of the incentives for hiring as an employee Purpose: to facilitate the employability and employability of the people participating in the dual employment workshops, financed through the 2024 call for aid and subsidies for dual employment workshops, by the General Directorate of Training and Qualification for Emprego, belonging to the Department of Employment, Commerce and Emigration of the Xunta de Galicia. Duration: the temporary hiring will have a minimum duration of 3 months, and must begin within fifteen days following the end of the dual employment workshop. Workshop end date: 09/12/2025. SECOND. - Entities that benefit from hiring incentives Employers and companies, whatever the legal form they adopt, including self-employed persons, civil societies and communities of property, even if they lack legal personality. The company's activity must be directly related to the training provided in the dual employment workshop, and hire employees to provide services in work centers located in the territorial area of ​​the dual employment workshop (Mos City Council). Training specialties: 3D Carpentry and Marketing and digital communication. THIRD. - Amount of incentives Temporary contracts will be incentivized with a fixed subsidy of €1,500.00 for each worker, corresponding to a minimum full-time contract of 3 months. QUARTER. - Exclusions Special labor relations provided for in article 2.1 of Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of October 23. Contracts made with the spouse, ascendants, descendants and other relatives, by consanguinity or affinity. Contracts made with workers who, in the 24 months prior to the date of the contract, provided services in the same company, as established in article 2 of Commission Regulation (EU) 1407/2013. FIFTH. - Deadlines and applications Deadline of 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of the call. SIXTH. - Justification and payment The payment of subsidies will be conditional on the presentation of supporting documentation for payment within the period, in the terms and in the manner established in the granting resolution. Deadline for the start of hiring: October 3, 2025. SEVENTH. - Obligations of the beneficiary entities Those established in article 7, among them: incorporate the person into a job directly related to the training received in the dual employment workshop, and maintain the hired person on their staff for the duration of the contract subject to the subsidy. OCTAVE. - Competence The Local Government Board (General Subsidy Ordinance of the Mos City Council, approved on 05/28/2009 (BOPPO no. 177, 09/14/2009). NINTH. - Granting, instruction and processing procedure Non-competitive competition for reasons of public, social, economic and humanitarian interest, and for the purpose of promoting employment aimed at groups with integration difficulties. TENTH. - Resolution and resources The period to resolve and notify is one month, which will be counted from the date of entry of the application in the registry of the competent body for its processing.
