Description of the call: Granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, for rehabilitation and adaptation actions of the common elements of multi-family buildings located within the municipality of Salt, corresponding to the financial year 2025. Eligible actions must comply with the specific regulatory bases described in the third section of the call. CALL under a competitive competition regime for subsidies for the rehabilitation of the common elements of the multi-family buildings of the municipality of Salt, fiscal year 2025. 1.- Object Subsidies under a competitive competition regime for rehabilitation actions of the common elements of the multi-family buildings, within the scope of the municipality of Salt, corresponding to the fiscal year 2025, subject to the specific regulatory bases initially approved by the Local Government Board on date 04/28/2025, published in the BOP of Girona no. 95 dated 05/20/2025, and with a review in DOGC no. 9428 dated 06/05/2025. The bases became definitive as no allegations were presented, as stated in the announcement published in the BOP of Girona no. 125 dated 07/02/2025. 2.- Beneficiaries Communities of owners of multi-family buildings intended predominantly for residential use, as well as groups of communities (“macro communities”) from across the municipality of Salt that meet the requirements set forth in the rules, may participate in this call. Multi-family buildings with a single owner and communities of parking lot owners are excluded. 3.- Eligible actions and scores Eligible actions will be those actions that, in accordance with the bases, are carried out between September 1, 2024 and October 31, 2025. The deadline to justify the subsidy will be November 30, 2025. The lines of help provided for in this call, with their respective scores, are: LINE A: Eligible expense for the preparation of reports and projects The following actions will be eligible for subsidies: Drafting of technical reports required by current regulations, including the Technical Building Inspection (ITE), registered to obtain the Certificate of Aptitude. (10 POINTS) Preparation of the Energy Efficiency Certificate (CEE), with mandatory registration in the ICAEN. (7 POINTS) Writing the building book, if it is not subsidized by another administration. (3 POINTS) Drafting of technical documentation and total or partial rehabilitation projects. (5 POINTS) LINE B: Eligible expenditure on security systems Eligible actions aimed at improving the security of community elements: Access doors to buildings. (5 POINTS) Doors in stair casements. (3 POINTS) Counter doors and other essential elements. (3 POINTS) Installation of security bars and railings. (3 POINTS) Video surveillance cameras and video intercom systems. (3 POINTS) Other similar actions that comply with current regulations and the call. (2 POINTS) LINE C: Eligible expenditure on investments for the improvement of buildings Actions that contribute to the conservation of community elements not covered by insurance will be considered eligible, including: Work for the adoption of precautionary measures: (10 POINTS) Grilles, props, signage. Facade repair: (5 POINTS) Repair of cracks and plasters on vertical and horizontal walls. Repair of balconies, cornices, corbels and decorative elements, tiling and railings, cleaning of wiring and obsolete elements. Placing bars or bird deterrent systems. Painting of metal elements to prevent oxidation (railings, structures, skylights, among others). Repair of roofs and horizontal walls: (5 POINTS) Repair of specific elements, scuppers, chimneys and vents. Repair of terraces, decks and balconies without energy improvement. Waterproofing sheets. Repair of skylights, anchors and broken glass. Cleaning and repair of obsolete fixed elements: antennas, wiring, boxes and similar. Interior stairs: (1 POINT) Repair of cracks inside the stairs and lobby, repair and/or replacement of flooring due to wear, lack of flatness, broken parts. Any other action
