Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries The beneficiaries of the aid who have sufficient capacity to act, the fathers, mothers or legal guardians of those beneficiaries who meet the following requirements may apply for the aid called: Be registered in Albal, along with the rest of the members of the family unit, at the end date of submitting applications. Be in possession of a disability/functional diversity certificate issued by the Vice Presidency and Department of Social Services, Equality and Housing or a supporting report prepared by the SPEE of the educational center or the CAT and that they have started the process of assessing the disability/functional diversity. The beneficiaries, parents or legal guardians of the beneficiary must meet the requirements established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. Second.- Purpose and object of the aid. The purpose of this call is to grant aid to people with disabilities equal to or greater than 33% in relation to the acquisition and maintenance of support for universal accessibility. Likewise, it may be granted to primary education students with special educational needs without a disability certificate with a prior justifying report prepared by the municipal psychopedagogical cabinet or SPEE of the educational center or CAT. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The regular deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days counting from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. For greater publicity of the call and attendance, the announcement on the notice board will be published with the effective date of entry into force on September 1, so the deadline for submitting applications will be from September 1 to September 26, both inclusive.
