ECONOMIC SUPPORT AID TO PEOPLE DEPENDENT ON THE MUNICIPALITY OF LLAMBILLES

Official description of the call

First. Recipients Natural persons registered in the municipality of Llambilles, with levels of high dependency, severe or moderate dependency and who meet the following requirements may apply for these aids: · Prove the residence in the municipality of Llambilles on the date of the application, as well as in the previous four years and continuously, of the beneficiary or the direct first-degree relative when only the latter resides in Llambilles. · Prove that the income of the family unit obtained throughout the year prior to the call does not exceed the amounts indicated below. All members who are registered at the same address as the beneficiary form a family unit, with the exception of the caregiver of the dependent person when he/she is registered at the same address. o 1 member: €30,000.00 o 2 members: €40,000.00 o 3 members: €50,000.00 o 4 members: €60,000.00 In the event that the beneficiary has a recognized disability equal to or greater than 33%, the maximum income threshold allowed per family unit will be multiplied by 1.5. The income will be credited in accordance with the regulations governing personal income tax. In the event that the applicants cannot attach documentation referring to economic capacity and/or are receiving relevant social assistance, the City Council may make an estimated assessment of income according to the information at its disposal. The personal situations that will be assessed will be those that are met at the time of the request. · Declaration that neither the applicant nor his or her spouse have liquid bank funds that, added together, have an amount greater than 100,000.00 euros on the date of submission of the application. · Have a recognized level of dependency in application of the scales for assessing degrees and levels of dependency (BVD), in accordance with Law 39/2006, of December 14, on the promotion of personal autonomy and care for people in a situation of dependency and Royal Decree 174/2011, of February 11, approving the scale for assessing the situation of dependency established in the aforementioned law, and which is literally described below: a) Degree I. Moderate dependency: when the person needs help to carry out several basic activities of daily living, at least once a day, or has needs for intermittent or limited support for personal autonomy. It corresponds to a final BVD score of 25 to 49 points. (BVD: Level 1 of 25-39 points – Level 2 of 40-49 points). b) Grade II. Severe dependency: when the person needs help to carry out several basic activities of daily living two or three times a day, but does not require the permanent support of a caregiver or has extensive support needs for personal autonomy. It corresponds to a final BVD score of 50 to 74 points. (BVD: Level 1 of 50-64 points – Level 2 of 65 to 74 points). c) Grade III. Great dependency: when the person needs help to carry out different basic activities of daily living several times a day and, due to their total loss of physical, mental, intellectual or sensory autonomy, they need the indispensable and continuous support of another person or have generalized support needs for their personal autonomy. It corresponds to a final BVD score of 75 to 100 points. (BVD: Level 1 of 75-89 points – Level 2 of 90-100 points). Second. Eligible conceptThe following expenses will be the subject of these aids: · Amounts paid to duly hired caregivers. · Adaptation works in the home to adapt it to the situation of dependency. · Acquisition of furniture and specific tools to make the dependency situation more comfortable (articulated beds, cranes incorporated into beds, etc.). · Other expenses that are considered related to the purpose of these bases (they must be specified). In all cases, the expense must have been paid prior to the end of the application submission period. The period for making the expenditure runs from October 1 of the year prior to the year in which the aid is called and until the last day of the period established for the submission of applications. Third. Regulatory basesThis call will be governed by the regulatory bases, approved by the Local Government Board in session.
