Official description of the call
Extract from the agreement of the Local Government Board of the Riells i Viabrea council of October 13, 2025, of a call for the granting of subsidies in a non-competitive concurrency regime intended for the purpose of musical learning for the 2025-2026 school year. BDNS (Identif): 862815 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted at the National Subsidies Data Base https://www.infosubvenciones.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias/862815 Primer. You will benefit from the adjustments to all those registered in Riells and Viabrea that complete the requirements established in point 3 of the Rules of the call. Segon. Object The objective of the presents Bases is to regulate and fix the criteria and the procedure of application, processing, granting and collection of subsidies for the musical training granted by the municipality of Riells i Viabrea destined for people registered with the municipality in order to face the despes derived from various music classes in a music school (not conservatori). Third. Regulatory bases These are the specific regulatory bases approved by the Local Government Board dated October 13, 2025. Quart. Quantity The maximum amount of the subsidy called is 20,000 euros. The amount of the subsidy may not exceed 50% of the total cost of the subsidized item with a maximum limit per beneficiary of €800.00. Cinque. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be November 28. Sisè.
