Agreement of the Local Government Board 10-10-25 which calls for subsidies for the repair, maintenance, conservation and cleaning of industrial areas and commercial areas for public use and private maintenance. 2025 Edition

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: The owners of industrial and commercial land for public use and private maintenance can submit a subsidy application to this call: Collaborating Conservation Urban Entities and legally established Communities of Owners, to do so they must meet the following requirements: Have legal personality Carry out eligible actions within sectors and estates of industrial and/or tertiary use, whose roads and green areas are for public use and private maintenance. Be up to date with your Social Security obligations. Be up to date with general tax obligations, or, where applicable, have an exemption in accordance with current regulations. Be up to date with municipal tax obligations. Those who have outstanding debts in the executive payment period with the Alcalá de Henares City Council will not be able to obtain subsidies, unless they are duly guaranteed. Those who, having previously received aid, have not proceeded to justify it, in accordance with the regulations of the corresponding call, will not receive a subsidy under this call. Those applicants who meet any of the circumstances contained in sections 2 and 3 of article 13 of the General Subsidies Law 38/2003 of November 17 may not be beneficiaries of the subsidies of this call. Second. Purpose: Line of aid for the repair, maintenance, conservation and cleaning of industrial areas and non-public commercial areas belonging to the municipality of Alcalá de Henares. Eligible concepts. The following expenses incurred on the road and green areas of industrial and/or commercial areas for public use and private maintenance will be considered eligible concepts: Renovation and improvement actions: Asphalting of the existing road. Vertical signage. Steely. Water network and/or sanitation network. Green, unlandscaped areas, including new plantings and new irrigation facilities. Road lighting network. Security measures: video surveillance systems, access controls. Conservation and maintenance actions: Patching of the existing road and specific repair of the sidewalk and curbs. Maintenance of horizontal and vertical signage. Maintenance of the water network and/or the sanitation network. Maintenance and conservation of already landscaped green areas, including tree pruning and clearing of dirt areas. Maintenance of the lighting network. Maintenance of security measures: video surveillance systems, access controls. Third. Regulatory Bases: Local Government Board Agreement of October 10, 2024, published on the website http://www.ayto-alcaladehenares.es Fourth. Amount: Total amount financed is €120,000.00 (subsidy amount). The amount of aid granted will in no case exceed 50% of the total cost of the eligible expense with the following maximum amounts: €3,000.00, when the score obtained is between 1 and 7 points, according to the scales set out in article 4.5 of the Regulatory Bases. €6,000.00, when the score obtained is between 8 and 10 points, according to the scales included in article 4.5 of the Regulatory Bases. €9,000.00, when the score obtained is greater than 10 points, according to the scales included in article 4.5 of the Regulatory Bases. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications: It will be 10 business days from the day following the registration of the call in the National Subsidies Database. If correctable defects or omissions are observed, both in the application submitted and in the documentation provided, the applicant will be required, granting a period of ten business days to correct or remedy the deficiencies observed. If not, your request will be considered abandoned. The request will be accompanied by the documentation detailed in Article 6 - Documentation to be provided - of these bases. Sixth. Other information: In accordance with the provisions of article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, entities must make the request through the Electronic Registry of the Alcalá de Henares City Council, through Annex I. Once the application has been submitted, proof of presentation must be sent to the Department of Development.
