RULES FOR THE CALL FOR GRANTS FROM THE DELEGATION OF CULTURE, IN FAVOR OF NON-PROFIT ENTITIES FOR THE YEAR 2026.

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries Natural persons who are professionals registered in the special regime for self-employed workers at the end date of submission of applications and private, for-profit legal entities that develop an economic or business activity related to the object of the call may be beneficiaries, provided that they have their domicile or headquarters in the municipality of Córdoba and that the project that is the subject of the subsidy is carried out there. Second. Object. Projects that aim to carry out productions, projects or activities in the field of culture, specifically the performing arts (theater, dance and circus), plastic and image arts, music and dance, bullfighting, literature, artistic historical heritage, gastronomic heritage, fashion heritage and publications. The activity or project must be developed in the municipality of Córdoba. Third. Regulatory Bases The bases of the call will be consulted through the page https://cultura.cordoba.es Fourth. Amount The amount allocated to the call will be €122,000.00. However, as established in article 56, second section of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, this amount will be estimated, making the granting of subsidies conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit, at the time of the decision to grant them. The amount of the subsidy obtained by the beneficiaries will be determined based on the score that the project presented obtains in accordance with the criteria established in the Eleventh Base, without in any case exceeding 80% of the budget amount of the project presented nor, in any case, the amount of fifteen thousand euros #20,000.00 € #. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be fifteen (15) business days counting from the day following the publication of this call in the B.O.P. from Córdoba. Sixth. Other data In accordance with the bases of the call, the presentation of applications will be mandatory by electronic means, through the General Electronic Registry of the Córdoba City Council (https://sede.cordoba.es/cordoba) or through their presentation in other electronic records referred to in art. 16.4 a) of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The application must be submitted, either in the standardized form that can be downloaded on the page https://cultura.cordoba.es/ or through the specific procedure provided for at the headquarters, if enabled, together with the documentation that proves the identity of the applicant and its representatives and the report or project. The projects or activities must have been carried out or carried out in the period between January 1 and December 31, 2026.
