RULES OF THE SUBV CALL. FACILITATE INCORPORATION AND CONTINUITY IN THE POSITION OF RECENTLY HIRED WORKERS

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: The beneficiaries will be companies whose registered office or workplace is located in the Community of Madrid, that meet the requirements determined in the call and that hire people belonging to any of the groups of recipients as defined in the call. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to promote a special aid program, in favor of companies, to facilitate the incorporation and continuity in the position of recently hired workers residing in the city of Madrid through mentoring of the person hired. Third. Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for these subsidies are established by the Ordinance of General Regulatory Bases for the Granting of Subsidies by the Madrid City Council and its Public Bodies approved by Agreement of the Plenary of the City Council dated October 30, 2013, published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid number 278, dated November 22, 2013. Fourth. Amount The total amount allocated to this call will be allocated to budget application 503/140/241.09/470.00 “Subsidies to private companies to promote employment.” A total credit of €1,000,000 will be allocated for the year 2026, subject to the final approval of the budget for this year. The granting of the subsidy will be conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the resolution of the concession. Applications submitted based on new hires made will be eligible for subsidies with the following maximum amounts depending on the type of contract: a)Aid of 4,000 euros if the type of contract is full-time. b)Aid of 2,000 euros if the contract type is part-time, as long as it is equal to or greater than 20 hours per week. The above amounts will be increased by 30 percent when the person hired belongs to one of the priority groups described in article 6.3 of this call. This increase cannot be cumulative, even if the hired person meets the conditions to belong to two of these groups. a)Aid of 5,200 euros if the contract type is full-time. b)Aid of 2,600 euros if the contract type is part-time, as long as it is equal to or greater than 20 hours per week. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The application submission period will open the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid (BOCM) and will remain open until November 15, 2026 or until the existing credit is exhausted. Applications must be submitted within the following deadlines: a) Those relating to contracts formalized from November 15, 2025 until the day of publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid (BOCM), both inclusive, must be submitted within a period of one month from the day following said publication. b) Those relating to contracts formalized from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid (BOCM), must be submitted within three months following the formalization of said contract. Sixth. Other information The granting of the subsidy will be carried out on a competitive basis, establishing as a priority criterion the date and time of entry registered in the subsidy application, meeting all the requirements and documentation required in the call.
