Official description of the call

First. Regulatory bases and Official Gazette in which they are published This call will be governed by the provisions of the third additional provision of the General Subsidy Ordinance of the Picassent City Council (BOP 04/26/2021), Law 38/2003, of November 17 and its regulations, except in those aspects in which due to the same nature it is not applicable. Second. Budget credit The prizes approved through this call for a maximum total amount of €2,800 will be processed from the item of the extended 2025 municipal budget called "Premisús i foment del valenciàllibrets de falles”: 2025.640.33402.4810000. Third. Individual amount of prizes 1. Three prizes will be awarded for the use of Valencian in Fallas books: 1st prize valued at 1,600 euros plus an accreditation banner. 2nd prize valued at 800 euros plus an accreditation banner. 3rd prize valued at 400 euros plus an accreditation banner. 2. The amount of the prizes will be subject to the tax withholdings established by law. 3. There is no incompatibility with obtaining other awards or mentions with the same object; although, in accordance with article 14.1 of Law 38/2003, general on subsidies, the granting body must be informed if other similar prizes have been chosen and whether they have been granted or not. Object, recipients, purpose and procedure The purpose of these rules is to regulate the procedure under a competitive competition regime, for the granting of prizes, from the Linguistic Promotion area of ​​the Picassent City Council, to Fallas cultural associations of Picassent, aimed at promoting the use of Valencian in Fallas books. Fifth. Assessment criteria 1. The use and quality of Valencian in the Fallas books will be assessed; linguistic coherence, correctness and adequacy with a total of up to 100 points, according to the following criteria: a.Libret content: from 0 to 70 points.
