Official description of the call
That by Presidential Decree No. 47/2026 dated January 21, 2026, the bases for the 2026 Carnival contest in Castillo de Locubín have been approved. Interested parties may submit their request until February 16, 2026 from the publication in the BOP Jaén, through any of the means provided for in article 16 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on common administrative procedure. The full text of the rules is published on the Announcement Board of the Excmo. Castillo de Locubín City Council and on the transparency portal.
