C - CALL FOR SUBSIDIES PER AL SUPPORT ALS CONSELLS ESPORTIUS

Official description of the call

FIRST. Recipients and Purpose: Subsidies on a competitive basis, for the sports councils of the Girona district, to support the needs derived from the development of the actions of the territorial sports support office that the Girona Provincial Council promotes in each region through the sports councils with the aim of optimizing resources for the promotion and improvement of sport in the Girona regions. SECOND. Regulatory bases: Opinion of the Plenary Session of the Provincial Council of Girona, dated December 18, 2025 and published and submitted to public information in BOPG no. 229, of December 1, 2025 and by reference in DOGC no. 9561, of December 11, 2026. THIRD. Amount: The total amount allocated to the call is €371,000.00. The budget credit is charged to the following budget applications and amounts: Program C to support sports councils Budget application Amount 320.34100.4810700 371,000.00 euros Total program C 371,000.00 euros In order to meet a greater number of subsidy applications or to grant a greater amount of subsidies, this credit may be expanded with an additional amount of at most that provided for each subprogram, derived from credits left over from other calls or from some credit modification. The effectiveness of the additional amount will be conditional on the corresponding declaration of credit availability prior to the resolution of the subsidies and the approval of the increase in the call. ROOM. Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 30 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPG. Applications must be submitted using the standardized form, duly completed, must be signed electronically using a certificate validated on the PSIS platform of the Consorci d?Administració Oberta de Catalunya, and must be submitted through the electronic channel indicated on the Subsidies Portal of the Diputació de Girona. FIFTH. Justification deadline The deadline to justify the subsidized actions of this program ends on September 15, 2026. SIXTH. Advertising This call will be published on the Diputació's electronic bulletin board (https://tauler.seu.cat) and on its website, and the extract thereof in accordance with the provisions of article 17.3 b of Law 38/2003, general on subsidies, will be published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Girona. SEVENTH. Resource regime The resolution of the call puts an end to the administrative route. Against this, a contentious-administrative appeal must be filed before the contentious-administrative court of Girona, within a period of two months, counting from the day following the day of notification. Alternatively, and optionally, an appeal for reconsideration can be filed before the Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Girona, within a period of one month, counting from the day following the day of notification.
